Her in-depth knowledge of business law allows her to ensure the compliance of our clients with their statutory obligations.
She actively assists the firm’s lawyers in the preparation of relevant documentation in connection with, among other things, constitutions, organizations, modifications, dissolutions, registrations, rollovers and other transactions involving shares.
In collaboration with our team of lawyers, she also participates in the preparation of closing documents relating to various business transactions and corporate reorganizations.
Responsible, she is assiduously involved in taking charge of legal and business procedures in order to optimize internal procedures.
Her attention to detail is reflected in her work and rigorous preparation of documents.
