As an associate, Catherine provides the firm’s clients advice about various aspects of their daily operations, including the management of their workforce.

Catherine participates in the drafting and negotiation of various commercial agreements, from employment or services contracts to commercial leases. Catherine also assists clients in the context of corporate reorganization transactions, purchase-and-sell transactions and corporate financing transactions

Catherine joined Mile Wright in 2019 after starting her career as a civil and commercial litigation specialist.

She also completed an internship in employment and labour law with the Commission des normes, de l’équité, de la santé et de la sécurité au travail.
